I actually looked into opening up a Starbucks in Aruba. There are two great places for a Starbucks to do good in Aruba and one would be downtown and the other in Palm beach. The great thing about the person opening the Starbucks is that person will have a sole propeitorship and nobody else will be able to open a Starbucks. So if this person does well with the first one then he or she will do well with the second one. The problem is going to be making a marginable profit since it already has an established competion. When you look at the cost of importing the Starbucks coffee that person is really taking a big chance. Good luck!
