I'm lurking on this thread to hear opinions, recommendations, etc. We're thinking of getting some kind of reader for my mother. But I just don't know if she is technical enough to download books or want to. The concept is similar to an iPod, correct? You go to certain sites and download books for a fee? What is the average cost for a book?
