---- Nope. Cabs in Aruba are everywhere. They are waiting at the airport, waiting at big resorts, waiting at the food markets, on call to all the restaurants, ....... From any place or business one can be called if none waiting. One year went to a restaurant way out past the airport. Cab driver said have the restaurant people call him at home when finished as he lived around the corner.
