i feel that this is an obligation.
although my interest should be this board, it all goes hand in hand.
this situation has ruined folks' vacations and has hurt folks in their wallets.
many of these folks "community forum members".
i do this for you bill
if we can provide communication and guidance we will continue to do so on this site.
i have no idea what will happen or what the ATA wants me to be saying/doing.
but, until i am told how to proceed, I am working only with my gut feelings and trying to use common sense.

i have been told by an owner, a friend to mind my own business and that the ATA should step in and rescue the place and this is all the government's fault. i disagree. the ATA is acting in conjunction with the courts, the plaintiffs, attorneys and management companies that are hoping to get in and revive the joint!. heck K+L company is an american company, not an aruban company.
all of those that have an interest in aruba should have an interest and opinion in this matter.
it is sad indeed bill.
i wish you and the others well.
and will keep on getting information and relaying it to this forum as it comes.
