The temp in the evening is usually in the upper 70's to low 80's. A sweater is totally unnecessary. A sundress is just fine. Trust me, you won't get cold.

Most restaurant are casual, (not really beach clothing) although if you go to some of the better ones, you may want to wear a dress or skirt. Definitely no need for a man to wear or suit or tie or anything like that.
