After looking at all the different offers of FREE this and FREE that and analyzing the true benefits they offer to the visitor, the PLUS card (available at visitaruba.com) is the only one we feel we can be safely associated with - and the one that the retailers and service providers seem to honor the most.

Some of the other cards are constantly changing the ppeople they work with. the visitaruba.com card had me sign a 2 year contract to assure that their members would have continuous service.
