On Thursday, Feb. 9th I was standing at the Aruba Fast Phones with Charles waiting for my phone to be activated when all of a sudden this man walks over and Charles shakes his hand and hugs him and for some reason I have this feeling that I know this person also. Being the shy person that I am, I did not say anything and I let Charles and this man conduct their business. As I was walking away I had the feeling that this person was Big Papa. Well after reading your report I realized that this must have been you because you arrived on the 9th of Feb. I am sorry that I did not say hello.
