We paid $240 for 5 days w/ optima for a Suzuki Jimney 4WD. It was much tighter than my brothers Jeep Rangler suspension was very loose and shimmied around corners- I guess folks who rent the jeeps really intend on taking them way off the roads, maybe the Jimney was just newer. The little Suzuki did well in the sand but did not have the ground clearance of the jeep. We took parts of the ride in segments, one day lighthouse to the chapel and another day chapel to gold ruins & ostrich farm was fun on a overcast day and made it the ostrich farm just before a down pour. The first outting was in the afternoon and it was very quite back there, The second was morning and we got caught betwixt about 200 jeeps & tour trucks blasting thru, it was at that time of the day the busiest road in Aruba.
We parked in a lot on the right on the way into town near the port about one block in.
