I've always dealt with Jansen via their website and have never had a problem. I would personally recommend Jansen because my experiences with them over the years have been excellent. Last year a friend of ours left the lights on in our Jansen rental which drained the battery. Within a half hour, Leo and his son showed up at the Marriott Ocean Club with a replacement car...no charge! When I tried to pay them they would not take any money and said "You're on vacation...things happen".
