hi
i have no answer for you re: the specially prepared foods.
what i do know is there are plenty..........and i mean plenty of restaurant choices that most likely will be able to fix up a meal that is delicious and satisfying. can he have starches and salads and veggies?

the hospital is open 24/7 and it is a good modern facility with superb staff and superb care.
the pharmacies are called "boticas"
a few of the boticas arre open all night.
check out the yellow pages and the boticas websites and emial them if you can.
you and your husband will love aruba, of that i am most certain!
