As Mr Burns says........create a signature 1st.
Go to the User CP (up near the top of the page)
Go to Signature and create your signature.
then
Go to Profile and edit profile.................countdown thingy is down toward the bottom.
I was able to do it and I am really quite terrible at navigating around the computer.
