Do be careful if in Aruba on an overcast day. Speaking from experience, sitting under a palapa andf in and out of the ocean on an overcast day (VERY rare for Aruba indeed) you can still get a serious sunburn. Keep using that suntan lotion as you would on a cloudless day. Reapply frequently, especially after swimming and don't forget the top of your feet and ears. Did I say I learned this the hard way?
