We stayed at the Tam June 30-July 7, 2007. Had a room on the bottom level in the 1700 block. Never had any issues what so ever. The security even one night came by and knocked on the slider to make sure we new that the slider was unlocked. I'm so sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience & a theft occured to your room.

Just wanted to let people know that again, we had no problems staying on the bottom floor. All I can suggest is book a room for whatever floor will make you more comfortable.

Cannot wait to book another trip to our "home away from home"
