Interesting, one of our local consumer advocates/guru mentioned today that tripadvisor.com is THE place to go if you are disatisfied with your accommodations (anywhere at no time did the subject of Aruba come up).
His reasoning is that with the popularity of the website, hotel management monitors the reviews and forums for bad publicity and try to "head it off at the pass". Hopefully someone from the Tamarijn is keeping an eye on the situation and if it is indeed a real problem, there will be something done about it.
