I hate to say but this may NOT be the time to take the "the road less traveled". I would put off the trip to the natural pool until the next time back. You get bounced and jarred all over the place, you literally get bruised on that trip.
Now David although Kerri says she feels alright I would wait.
Get a car for the week, rent as soon as you get off the plane and have the car for the entire trip, no buses, no cabs, although they are fine, you'll have no extra transportation expenses and complete freedom to travel all around the island when ever and (limited) where ever you want.
BTW the florin was just adjusted on 10/21/07 to 1.79 florin = 1.00 us dollar and the price at the pump is in florins not dollars.
