Now, for snorkeling - which beach would you say was the "best" - & I mean this for overall. Access, safety, fish etc.
We only have a rental car for one day - so we don't have the time to check them all out!!

I think I would have to say Boca Catalina. There's a sandy beach entry, so access is definately easier. Nice parking lot, too. We saw lots of fish at both, but I thought the water was slightly clearer at Boca Catalina. There were more locals there, but we thought that made it interesting. Mostly they were playing in the very shallow sandy area and not out over the coral where we were snorkeling. Also, there are some palapas there.
