Aruba Music Explosion Festival

Not sure if someone already mention this but they are having a new music festival on island for 3 days in september 22,23,24. Day one will be air supply and michael bolten. The other 2 days are bands from south america I believe.

I arrive on the 23rd. Where are the concerts going to be held? I'll pass on the acts from the U.S. but would like to see some of the South American bands.
