    ARUBABOB's (aka kent) SNORKEL adventure

    OMG
    Wonderful
    Superlative
    Adventurous
    Magnificent
    Breathtaking
    Educational
    Fun
    Glorious

    and those are the negatives

we go home in 48 hrs.
so, NEXT time we are on aruba, we will go 2x and not save this for the end.

The snorkeling is somewhat challenging for a novice.
A few times practicing in the pool would be a good idea.
    Some current, not terrible.
    A few waves, not terrible.

    Visibility extraordinary.
    Numerous fish.
    Beautiful living reef.

I highly praise our guide, Stuart, who is knowledgeable and has safety as his first concern. Safety, comfort, hospitality and FUN.

We entered the water at 9:10 and exited at 11.
Used the scooters and covered over a mile.

My sorry "fat bum" is dragging right now.

Loved it Loved it Loved it.

If you can float, can breathe thru a tube you can do it.
    Life vests provided.

The hand held scooters are very helpful.

Stuart and Kent...............why did we not go sooner?

we touched no coral and there was plenty.
paul tends to be a deep kicker and at no time did he brush up against any or kick any.
water depth ranged from 3' for 50'+

at no time really were we in any danger of brushing up or kicking.
much manuverabilty in areas where the water was shallow and coral was large.
paul and i felt it was a non issue.
