I love the beach (who doesn't?), anywhere that I can snorkel, The Donkey Sanctuary (much to the dismay of my daughter), the lighthouse.

    Atlantis Submarine

Can anyone address accessibility on the Atlantis Submarine? My mother can walk well, but she sometimes has a problem with "climbing." I am interested in knowing how steep the stairs are, and if they are really more ladder-like. A ladder would not work for her at all. Thank you!

my husband and i and son did the atlantis (i did it once they did it more) and to the best of our recollection the stairs are more ladder-like. when one descends to get down into the submarine, it is done just like it was a ladder....you go down backwards.
that being said, there are fairly decent sized treads and railings on each side. somewhat steep, but at an angle so climbing up and down is not too bad. there are staff at the top and bottom to assist.

I did last year and saw lots of green faces. If you get motion sick stay away(barf bag suggested)..visiting the donkeys would be more entertaining.
