    Banana Boat or Big Mable

    Ever try one of these?

(i think jacki and family have recently done the banana boat ride)

Paul and I did the banana boat ride a few times with our son when he was younger. Loved it!

We have done the Big Mable a couple times. Liked it enough to buy one for home so now we skip it. It's such an easy ride for someone new to water sports or younger kids who aren't sure about holding on to the banana.
Not sure when, but we will be back

Did the banana boat once. "Fat Tony", a stereotypical guy with a boisterous NYC accent, was in front of me. He kept bouncing his big behind all over me till the point I was ready to just jump off in the middle of the ride, it was miserable, I hated it. As it turned out, he was getting beat up himself so he had the boat driver go to shore and let him off, tipped the guy and walked away leaving his family still on board. Now I just watch them go by the beach and shake my head.... never again...

"fat andrea" with her boston accent, had great difficulty hauling backside onto the banana, to the point that dear husband and son grabbed me by the life vest and pulled like they had hooked shamu and got me back onboard. ahh such fun

Exactly my fear - not being able to haul myself back onto the banana/mable
