Best Day to avoid crowds (Cruise ships)

Will be coming in July and was wondering is there a set a pattern at which cruise ships usually come into port? I would like to do things like the tours and baby beach etc on days without cruise ships in port figuring that would mean less crowds as cruise ships can bring in a lot of day excursions.

Evidently they don't let certain members of the crew off the ship at all, if some media reports are to be believed.

I feel bad for the people that are there on March 18th every year. Almost everything is closed downtown and it really limits their experience on the island. It looks like no ships are scheduled for that day this year.
