The Black Pearl and The Blue melody

Has anyone tried these sailing vessels for snorkeling? We usually do the Mi Dushi but maybe want to try something different. They look like they have some type of lounge chairs for seating.

I have sailed on the black pearl twice. It is a relaxing snorkeling trip. It leaves from the Marriott at 4:00 and returns at 7:00 . It is a beautiful sunset sail on the way back to the dock. Drinks and snacks are served, Albert & JoAnn are great. I would highly recommend
their boats.

We have sailed with Albert and Joann many times over the years. They have one of the best sunset sails available on the island. Remember that they only take a limited number of people each sail so reservations are recommended. We missed out last summer because we thought in low season Albert would have plenty of space available. Just as a note we sailed on the Blue Melody when Joann's parents (I think) were running the boat.

We took a sunset snorkel trip on The Black Pearl last June with some friends and had a great time. It is relaxing and the cheese sandwiches were excellent. They also serve watermellon slices and I'm pretty sure the drinks contained no alcohol, but this was on our 10th day in Aruba and my tolerance was pretty good at that point!! The crew were fantastic as well. When we booked the trip about 3 weeks in advance it was empty and it was full the day of the sail.

Can someone please advise where exactly the Black Pearl departs from and their boarding procedure?

I have a friend who uses an electric scooter due to medical issues and is unable to walk distances. They are able to walk short distances say 50 feet or so.

Also entry in and out of the water?

Boarding is very easy since it's a smallish boat. I think maybe a dozen people at most are booked, although it holds 24. You board off the dock by the Marriott timeshares area. Your friend would have to be able to get onto the dock, and then be able to step from the dock onto the boat. I'm not sure if other arrangements can be made, but I'm confident Albert &/or Joann would reply to any questions if you were to send them an email.

We've sailed with them three or four times and have really enjoyed the relaxing ride. The drinks can be ordered with or without alcohol.
