Your welcome, Lisa. I hope your friends are able to take the sailing cruise. I'm sure they would love it.

Great post -- thanks for the info because I just posted a question on the same company. I was looking at the Black Pearl for the reason posted above, small with great looking lounge chairs and from the sounds of it, a great crew. Looking forward to it!

I'll be staying at the Marina Hotel(ren) and was wondering how far, and how much a taxi would cost to get to where the black pearl boards?

if not far, i'll book tonight or 2morrow.

The Black Pearl/Blue Melody is docked up near the Marriott.
It is on the bus route.
Get on the bus to HI RISE and get off at Marriott.

Will check taxi fare and post that in a minute

    Red Sail?

I tried to book Black pearl but our dates and their availability dont match up. Is the sunset sail with red sail co. any good? seems like the 80 person max is a ton and wonder if it is worth it. Ive heard red sail is ok,,

We have been on the Red Sail sunset tour twice and it is fine. The boat is a typical trimaran and they usually don't have more than 30-40 or so on the boat, so not super crowded. The crews are good, but the food consists of very greasy appetizers (wings, egg rolls, etc) and the drinks are ok-usually have Balashi and Rum Punch/Pina Coladas. I think the "OK" rating is probably accurate. If the sunset cooperates, you'll get some terrific pictures to take home.

thanks so much. Any idea if there is more of a "booze cruise"?
