Aruba has so many incredible restaurants to try. If you decide not to go all inclusive, you can still get some inexpensive meals at Sea Breeze and Mulligans, right in Divi Village. They also have grills set up to use each night if you decide you want to eat in a night or two. Also, the best (IMO) pizza on the island is just across the street next to the casino at Pizza Bob's. Pizza at Mulligans is good too. The grocery stores are very close by Divi, and easy to get to. The bus also stops in front, and taxis are usually parked by the entrance so it is very easy to get around if you don't want to rent a car. When we stayed at Divi Village, we booked a jeep tour and they picked us up. We bought snorkeling gear at home this year and took it with us, but you can rent it while you are there. You can also rent jet skis at Eagle and Palm Beach.
