Caves and rock formations

I was interested in the caves and rocks. Can someone give me some feedback. Is it really filled with roaches?? WHat abour rats? Just a few things someone told me. Also how do u get there?? Can u ge there in a reualt car or do u need to take a tour.

If taking a tour which is best?? How long do u stay at the stops??

Thank

Jax

I have never heard about the roaches and rats, it is nature, they are most likely there. AND yes there are bats.
FWIW, there are also rattle snakes in Arikok National Park.
The caves are worth a visit, but Guadirikiri Cave is not for anyone with respiratory issues. The temperature inside is unbearable. Think Aruba heat with 105% humidity and no wind.
Imo, for overall features, Guadirikiri Cave is the best on the island.

Yeah, but when you are excited about visiting the island the first time, you think you must go and see EVERYTHING !!!!! I have since learned that everything means the beach, the bar, the pool, the beach, the bar, the pool........

We have been to Aruba several times and have yet to investigate the caves. I know its on our list possible things to do this time, but maybe we will just stick to the beaches.
