De Palm tours -- book now or wait till May?

    Folks,

I'll be in Aruba in a few weeks, in mid May, and plan to take my wife-to-be for a Sunset Sail and an Atlantis submarine ride.

The One Cool Honeymoon information at this website (http://www.aruba.com/sigma/pdf/One_C...ymoon_2012.pdf) says we have a 15% discount at the submarine, so I wrote to De Palm asking for more information. Here's their answer:

We do not have a honeymoon promotion running up right now. The discount you can get for the Atlantis is when you arrive in Aruba at the airport you will receive a bag with different kind of flyer's in it. On one of those flyer's is various kinds of discount for activities on the island and their will be one for the Atlantis Submarine. The promotion you have seen online you would have to sign up on that website to be able to purchase it. Also at hotel desks you can receive various flyer's promoting Atlantis which in between you can receive discount.
For the Sunset Sail we do not have discount online. What you can do is check at the hotel you will be staying for coupons of discount for the Palm Pleasure Sunset Sail. There are many kinds.
Question 1 is: "sign up on that website" where? What I know is that the folks at the Radisson already added us to the package, meaning we'll get the treats offered through One Cool Honeymoon (gift, champagne, free night in the future when returning). BTW, Raquel at the Radisson has been very, very helpful through the whole process, since I booked the room, answering all my questions and so on.

Question 2: consider I'll be there in May and plan to go for the Sunset Sail on a Saturday, the following day after my arrival, and take the Atlantis ride a week later (also a Saturday). Would I risk too much if I wait until arrival to check the discount flyers? Of course I don't want to land in Aruba and discover the tours are sold out. Or should I book the tours right now and forget the discounts?

Thanks a lot for the advice!

The concierges at the Radisson will be able to book any De Palm excursion you wish.

As long as your dates are flexible it should not be an issue.

It looks a lot, but it's not thaaat much let me give you a glimpse of the schedule.
Thursday - arrival in the evening (sorry, above I said we would land on a Friday, my mistake)
Friday - getting to know the Radisson. Swimming pool, beach, spa, casino, whatever we feel like doing on that day -- including doing absolutely nothing.
Saturday - snorkeling with Stuart in the morning. Nothing else scheduled for the day.
Sunday - Mass in the morning. Nothing else scheduled for the day.
Monday - snorkeling in the morning. Nothing else scheduled for the day.
Tuesday - maybe going to Arashi beach in the morning and staying there as much as we want. Bon Bini festival in the evening.
Wednesday - Day trip to Curaçao
Thursday - maybe landsailing with Aruba Active Vacations, nothing else scheduled for the day.
Friday - Jolly Pirates snorkeling tour in the morning/early afternoon. After that, nothing else scheduled.
Saturday - Submarine ride, checking out at the hotel, free afternoon, flying back to Brazil at night.

Of course, there are a few places where we want to have dinner and see the sunset, which mean we need to be there before 6.30 PM, but that's it. Anyway, still lots of free time and the Sunset Sail and windsurfing lessons are all I have to include in this schedule.

And for you who may have seen the flyers De Palm staff talked about -- how much discount should I expect?
