DePalm Island - Is it still a good snorkel spot

I have been to Depalm Island before and enjoy the relaxing, snorkeling, food etc. Has it totally changed b/c of the waterpark or is it still as enjoyable? Is the snorkel area separate from the waterpark. Any updated information on Depalm island would be great! Suggestions on other great places to snorkel? Thank you.

Hi,
I was at Depalm Island this past May and loved it. The water park was set back off the island a bit so it did not interfere with the snorkeling area at all. Hoping to go back there in December when I go on my 2nd trip to Aruba already!
