I am a fan of red sail
they take you on a lot of great spots and are all nice people and fun to hang out with
also if you bring your own gear and are planing to dive on multiple days they have lockers you can put your stuff in.

Ditto. Although I can't compare with the other operators, Pelican was great and I will return to them next year. Actually, the entire island is great! People, beaches, water sports, restaurants...you name it!
