Didn't do the Banana bus, but the Kukoo Kanuko was a blast. Didn't go to Azull, but went to Fling Fishbone twice(different years) was very nice. Make sure you have a car, it is a long taxi ride if not. Tattoo was just ok, maybe better if your with a group. Although my wife and I did win a contest when we were on the cruise for demonstrating(acting out) the most sexual positions in a minute!! Have fun, I'm sure whatever you decide, you will like.

Flying Fishbone has better food but I believe that Azull may be more romantic (if that's possible) because it is more intimate. There are only 4 or 5 tables. It's a very different dining experience. You are catered to personally by Rudi and will set you for great sunset pictures. There is much more wind at Azull though as you are completely exposed on the beach.
