Eve, I always go with Hats Off. Most of the boats give you enough fish for a meal and then they sell the rest. When you book your trip, just make sure you tell them you want all the fish. You can freeze the fish and put it in a cooler and take home with you. O always thought you could not bring any food home from Aruba but you are allowed to only bring seafood home. I met a immigration guy a few years ago and he is the one that told me about that. They always ask if you have meat or other things and I say no because I just have sea food and I know its allowed. Its always worked out for me. Sometimes I bring it on my carry on and some times I check it thru. Make sure you fill the whole cooler with frozen seafood and shut the lid. Its good for 12 to 15 hours. Good luck.
