oh, how i would love to see a turtle while snorkling

Where can I find out regulations for lobster and conch. Can you hunt them anytime or is there "Seasons" ? I am assuming there are certain size requirements that have to be met as well.

boca catalina, started taking my kids when my son was 5 yrs old, 14 years later we still go..
