There are more than one JP ships.... we passed the other one at the dock. We did the morning cruise last week (the more expensive one) but it lasts longer... leave at 930 and come back for 2/230. Its a great time. The drinks they make hit you all at once though. I had about 13 drinks (my fiance was about to kill me) I NEVER drink, neithe of us do, but it hit me all at once, and boy oh boy- was I out of it!!!!

I will pipe in and let you know that Depalm's Palm Pleasure is also a lot of fun. We prefer the open space on the boat and sitting on the nets. They include the snorkel gear, food depending on the time, and make several stops. We have done the sunset and snorkel cruises 5 x in 3 years....And we will continue as its a family favorite. Any boat ya take is great fun.
I will add that on the MiDushi skooner that one of the guys pushed my daughter off the perch while she was waiting for the rope to come back...we were NOT happy...she was only 14 at the time, and very scared.

well, I will give you my 2 cents on the boats...one is a schooner, the other a catamaran.
I prefer the catamaran, why you ask. The last time we went on a schooner the idiots who worked on the boat thought it was funny to push my teen daughter off the boat while she was waiting for the rope swing to come back. That being said, the catamaran has nets that the kids can sit on as well as a large covered area for shade. Sometimes little kids don't need more sun. They also had food...

ahoy!

Just to clarify - Jolly Pirates are the schooners.
(hate to quibble over such a sm detail- but prefer to avoid confusion)

The other ships mentioned are not schooner but ketch and catamaran.

Just want to clarify on my end also...it wasn't the JP boat we had issues with.
It was the Midushi boat...my daughter is still damaged goods over it...I have only heard GREAT things on the JP boat...cindyo
