Question new water park?

Any updated news about the water park? We were there Easter of last year and saw some equipment but not much movement.

One day we passed by there were 2 men working. Arubans told us, maybe next summer, more likely it would not open until the fall. One person told us next year!!!

water park

Hello from Aruba Not too much activity going on at the water park. Last January I took pics to compare. Much has been done, but not surprisingly, it is not completed. IMO it will be at least another year. There is a gift shop that they seem to be working on. I took some pics and will post them when I return next week.

Water Park

We were there in December. It looks about 50% completed but there was no activity.

Hello! Just came back from Aruba January 12th. Past by the water park many times and didnt see much getting accomplished but they do have like 5 or so big waterslides up. I find it funny how they already have it advertised in tourist books though it is not close to completion.

It appears to move extremely slowly. I think it will be very nice when it gets done but unless they hire the Riu to construct it, maybe next year!!!

Just came back and we were driving around, did not notice it...where are they building this water park?
We did notice that there is a lot of high rises being built!

It is located, I guess it would be west ,of the very large round a bout, by the Pizza Hut. They have quite a bit of ground to work with, but it sure has been slow.
