We have rented snorkeling equipment from Red Sail Sports. We were staying at the Marriott Stellaris when we rented, and the shop was nearby, beach side.

When we went in January there was a man renting snorkel gear and lounge chairs right on boca catalina beach. He was charging $10 a day for the gear and $5 for the lounges. We took a big bubba with boiling water from the condo and dipped the snorkels into it just to be safe.

Just to clarify, is it possible you are referring to Arashi beach pictured below

vs. Boca Catalina? Boca Catalina below, which is just a tiny little strip of beach?

Arashi which is a very long stretch of beach with plenty of parking.

See the info above. We have rented from the Aruba Watersports Center in the past and have had no problems. Sorry I do not recall how much they charged.

    Arrow

I just saw AWC flier sticking out of a pile of papers on my desk. It was their PRICE SHEET!

Snorkel gear was $16 for 24 hours.

We rented snorkel gear from them and it was in great condition as it all their equipment. Dh and dd have used dive gear and wet suits, no problem. I am amazed at the variety of size of suits they carry!
