snorkeling

I plan on snorkeling while in Aruba.

How clean is the rental equipment?
Cost of renting?
Availabilty of rental equipment?

There are many good boat trips, I have not had a bad one!

We have prescription masks and bring our own fins, so we are abnormal.

We used the boats for the first year and use at least one a year for places not approachable by car.

If you can get the equipment there are spots all over you can stop and just swim out. There is always something to see!!! Toward the lighthouse there are many starfish, which if you have never seen them, they are kind of cool. Otherwise go to baby's beach, easy and lots of fish!!!

Have fun... Arubalisa, I am sure could give you all of the locations to rent or purchase gear!

We bring our own snorkel equipment, pack it in a duffle with sandles, lotion, shampoo, sun block etc..., not a problem. I don't like the idea of using someone else's mouthpiece no matter how they clean it.
