Suggestions for visiting the Natural Pools

My wife and ours first trip to Aruba back in 2010, we rented a Jeep and went to the Natural Pools. It was quite an adventure...
Blew out a tire (), and had issues getting the spare on with the uneven ground.

Were thinking of going back this year.
I haven't found to much information about options to return there. Don't think we will chance the Jeep this time!
    Thanks for your input.

try Sunrise Tours. They use those gator ATVs. We were there 3 wks ago. Also went to boca Grande and Boca Prins, caves, windmill things... Highly recommend this tour.

Ok, great. I'll check them out online.
Approximately, how much time did they spend at the Pools?

The first time we drove a jeep to Conchi we rented an el-cheapo 4-cyl jeep, which was at best an infelicitous attempt to drive to the Natural Pool (not recommended lol). It was 2005 I believe and we were leaving the pool, and on the way going back up a certain critically steep area, gravity overcame the jeeps power and traction then started going backwards! I immediately had the family get out and went at it alone in case she rolled down, and almost did. Can be dangerous if ill equipped or unprepared

A jeep isn't necessary though, one option exist but it would require a little hike, sufficient water, sunscreen and snacks. You can park at the smaller Arikok booth, and it is free mornings or evenings.

Here's a great thread with reference to another thread about driving/touring to the Natural Pool. Natural Pool: Drive yourself or ATV tour? Opinions?
