Surf Fishing near Costa Linda from Oct 16th -1 week

Will be fishing from the shore mainly, anyone give me some tips. I'm planning on bringing own cast net, what fish are running, any good places etc. Also if we wanted to go offshore, what would be running, how far out, any good guides, cost etc?

Thanks again, first time to Aruba, wife's 45th birthday.
