    Trikes

It would probably be easier if you know how to drive a standard shift vehicle (what's that third pedal for?) or have been on an old HD with the suicide shift.
Looked into them last year but didn't work out, this year not leaving until I try it out.

We just got back and did it. We stayed on roads and didn't do any off roading. The dads in our group drove but they are familiar with motorcycles or dirt bikes. I wouldn't have driven if you paid me. But they loved every minute of driving and we loved every minute of being driven! It's very comfortable and a super way to see the island. The kids had a blast. My husband said it was the best thing he's ever done on a vacation! The guide did a great job of keeping us together and bringing us to neat spots. We felt safe but then again, our drivers were pretty experienced with motorcyles.

I am wanting to try it when we visit, but not so worried about us flipping as I am about other drivers hitting us. I recall a bad motorcycle accident with tourists a couple years back, and am a little spooked. Although I'd really like to relax about it and forget the helmets, I don't know if I can.

You will not have to worry about flipping them, you dont drive that fast to flip them ,and as for the helmet you dont really need one,if you do they have them for you if you want one ,it's safer than a ATV on four wheels they are more prone to tipping over,go and have fun you will love it.

    Trikes tour

Just booked the morning tour while in Aruba. Any suggestions or tips? What should I expect? I'm a little nervous but, it looks like a lot of fun.

    Thanks in advance.
