Trykes or is it Trikes? For our November trip.

DH and I have had a fence pole stuck in our rear ends during the last few Aruba visits.
We WANT to do the Trike tour in November.
He is willing, very willing. I am the one holding back as I am afraid.
I have no problem on horseback, but I just want to get over the fear and do it.

Any recent Aruba travelers try it?

Please tell me of your experience.

I think it sounds awesome! My husband would prefer to roll windows up and turn A/C on full blast

DiviFan has done it a few times and loved it. Maybe she'll post. We saw them take off from the Divi and they looked like they were having fun. For me, I'm hesitant because I don't want to drive it and I don't trust Tom to.

Just got back on the 11th. Haven't had time to do formal trip report but I did do the Trikes again this year. Did it solo, wife went the first time and didn't feel like doing it again. If DH knows how to drive a stick, it's really simple. They do a quick training run with you before the group leaves. I had the newer "Orange" trike. It's built for two so see if you can request that one. The others can fit driver and two passengers. Trip about 3 hours. Left Hacienda mall and went past high rise, past low rise into town. Detoured around town. Past airport to Savennta to road that Flying Fishbone is on and stopped at Zeerovers (they were closed on Monday) stopped at Mango Halto then inland past B-55 to Rock formation. All back roads. From Rock formation, again inland to Noord to Lighthouse then back coast to Marriott. Don't get over 40 MPH and even though it's a 5 speed didn't get out of 4th. Wear sun block and do morning run. Bring refreshments (non-alcohol) if you are the driver. I'd do it again next time. Wish I could afford one. They run about 35K new from Germany. Once I get my Go-Pro video edited I'll post it where you can look at it. Helmets are optional, if you want one they supply.
Put it on your Bucket List.

Ouch! Hard to imagine your pain.

OK, back to the topic. I've never seen or even heard of one of these vehicles. Pictures anyone?
