Watersport dangers

Please be aware that the watersports can be very dangerous. My son was critically injured on June 24 during a tube ride, which left from in front of the Marriott Surf CLub. We have been told that the skipper of the boat was 16 years old and unlicensed. He threw the raft into a parked scuba boat at high speed. My son was airlifted to Miami and has been critical for 5 days.

BE AWARE of the dangers in the aruba waters.

We wish for you son's speedy recovery.

I have always been a little hesitant when it comes to the watersports. One time my husband and son were tubing and one tube went right over the other and the rope nearly caught around my son's neck. They did not have the length of the ropes aligned. Ever since then it is tension for me when they are out there!

My son is still in critical condition in Miami. They removed one of his kidneys 2 days ago.

Still no action by POLICE. and no article by NEWSPAPERS.

OMG, we are all praying for you!! Can you provide any information as to who you used as a watersports operator?

Thank you so much for keeping us posted on your son's condition, although you don't know us.... WE CARE!!

I am in shock by reading this. I have done watersports so many times and never heard of such an incident occuring. I wish the best for your son.
