There was a nice display on Palm Beach at the Hyatt last year at 10PM. I emailed the Hyatt and heard back that the same was planned for this year.

Francis at the Tamarijn has something planned, along the lines of last year's festivities. Though I'm not so sure it will be the same as last year, at least probably not in the water on a barge. Apparently there were more than a few issues with the results last year, as in, the pier posts (where the pelicans hang out) were damaged when the barge floated in, and it seems the golfers were more than a little upset with the fact that a lot of the debris from the fireworks ended up all over the golf course.
How dare Mother Nature blow that stuff onto their course....

Unfortunately, it seems you can't make everyone happy...

Thank you so much for this information (and all of the great info provided on this forum)! I was hoping for some sort of July 4th Celebration while we are there. My husband and I are flying in with my son and nephew (17 and 19) and my brother for a "family week" in Aruba. First time for all of us and we all have different tastes, so I'm hoping that my choice of Aruba fits the bill.

I personally guarantee that Aruba is the best choice for your family week and your family will all be proud of you for choosing Aruba!!!

(Can't, however, offer money back guarantee!)
