Blackjack

Where is everyone's favorite place to play blackjack in Aruba? I am only wanting it to be one or two decks. Also what is the table minimum at most places?

I play at the Marriott and they don't play with one or two decks, more like six.I don't think there is any place that does.Minimum is between $5 and$25 tables.Good luck.

Saw advertised today that the casino at the Holiday Inn is dealing two deck blackjack. My experience is that they usually deal about halfway through the shoe. Minimums of $5.00 available during slow periods then bumped up as it gets busy.

I have searched, but maybe not hard enough but I have not ever found 1 or 2 deck black jack. I was there at Christmas and the Hyatt had only 2 tables open and one was $100.00 the other was $200.00 min.

The Marriott did have a $25.00 dollar table but they had a couple of tables at $500.00 min.

Wow

Wow is right! You think it was because it was Christmas and the high season?

Yes it was not much fun! I could not believe the people standing around wanting to play, and the casino's would not open any tables. I just do not get it.

I understand, staffing, but they should have a better pulse on the play. Oh well, their actions probably saved me some cash!

I hate to give bad advise but Im not a black jack player. I will play if the stakes are low and the table is empty, if someone sits down I instantly let them know I dont know or play buy the rules. Yes I gamble and and play with my gut. After I tell them that I will say that I would gladly end my playing so you can play it with "the rules", up to them. With that said I think, and I could be wrong the Key Largo plays with two or three decks, I have seen $5.00 tables. Good Luck!

I played at the Holiday Inn when I was there. They did have a two deck table with a 50.00 minimum. I stuck with the 5.00 table that was six deck. I ended up loosing but it was fun for the time being..
