I have a question I hope someone can answer....A couple of years ago we went to a blue moon party on moomba beach....we heard about it, and of course not being in the correct age bracket did not know that we were supposed to dress in a certain color...black...however, the beach was packed, they had scafolding a couple stories high with speakers and people on them....music was loud...it was great..they were also selling t-shirts ( which I stupidly did not buy)..........so long story short, I was told it was because there were 2 full moons in one month which is very rare and was the reason for the party. Has anyone been to one since and is there one coming anytime soon....it would be great to go again, lots of fun !!!

Don't think there is another Blue Moon again until Dec 2009.

The full moon party was original a Moomba concept of one a month party.
However, the hotels near by as Holiday Inn complained about the loud music and than the full moon was move to Havana club. However the people of Moomba are always organizing new events..
