Busters "reopening/ relocating to Tropicana"

I got an email from an owner at the Tropicana (the trop used to be know as lacabana villas and then the aruban).

The friend told me that Busters has signed on to relocate to an area at the Trop.

I emailed Russell, the owner of Busters, asking for more information.

Good morning to all.Yes it is true,I signed a deal to re-open at the Tropicana casino.I was approached by the G.M. and was asked if I was interested in doing a version of Buster"s at the casino.I think that it is a good fit for both parties involved.We both feel that a sports=bar would be a great addition to go with the Casino.Our target date to open is Ausest 19th of this year.We will still have alot of TV's showing all of the games.This time I have a very good chef to over see the daily operations of the kitchen as ,we will concentrate on putting out a better quility of product for everyone to enjoy.I will also be back behind the bar to serve and chat with our patrons.This is a very good location for us as,we had alot of vistors from the low-rise area and we are still only a few minutes from the high-rise area.I'm looking foward to seeing our friends again except"Baltimore Billy"!!! will you be taking over the restaurant area in the side of the building as well as the current bar in the main casino building?

Ha Ha Rusty. We will be down Sept 22-30 I think we have New England on Sunday night and Cleveland on Thuesday night that week. Should be 2 wins for us. Schedule is horrible for the Ravens and Steelers playing both games within 3 weeks. But anyway glad to hear you have the new place. Two of my favorite things gambling and football Linda and I will be by to see you and the new place. Good luck on the new place.

rusty, never had the pleasure meeting you, from a business standpoint based on honesty and integrity you have a great situation, wilfred trimon has been a dear friend for many years wonderful man.
returning in october, staying at the occidental, but i will stop at the tropicana to visit wilfred and friends, good luck on your new venture, hope to meet you in october.

Rusty - It's great that you have found a new home for Busters. I am hoping that this will be a great location for you as my sisters and I have always loved spending time in Busters - we have made a lot of good friends at Busters. Not to mention how great the location is as far a user friendliness goes; the parking lot is easy in and easy out with plenty of space.

Looking forward to seeing you behind the bar in February. . . .keep the Brites ice cold for us.
