I used to have a timeshare at Divi Beach and Golf Resort down the street from Divi Phoenix. In 2015 I joined Divi Phoenix and liked it so much more. As I remember there was a band playing near the pool at Divi Phoenix on Sunday night. Monday is the managers party with great free drinks and snacks and music and dancing. Also on Thursdays Jimmy the singing bartender sings at the Ocean View Bar at Divi Beach and Golf resort. Love to see him sing. Enjoy!

You are a 5 min walk to Bugaloe, which is on the pier closest to you. They typically have music 5 nights a week. There is Sopranos, a piano bar, which is across the street from the Hilton and that again is only a 5-10 min stroll.

... and the Hyatt lobby generally has music in a very relaxed atmosphere....and it's about a 10 minute walk along the beach.

We own at the Phoenix and there isn't much for entertainment. it is probably one of the quietest resorts we have seen. They do have some entertainers come in during the week but not many people come out to see them. You would be better off to walk down to Bugaloe or the other hotels down the strip.

it is indeed walt...an old thread

i am waiting for simon and michael (the web masters) to create a place for the moderators to move real OLD, worn out or threads of things that are no longer of interest Ex: restaurants or activities that do not exist today.

the staff in the aruba office and i contacted the web masters last week and made the request.

what happens is ............folks will do a search (upper right hand box) In this case, forum member tstroum, probaby searched DIVI in the search feature and posted his reply unknowing it was an old thread.
this thread appeared, along with many many other Divi related threads.

imo, i would prefer folks use the "tag feature".
to do so, hit advanced search, then search tagged items.

it is important for threads to be tagged.
i will tag this one...Divi Phoenix and Old Threads

i am probably the number one culprit in forgetting to tag.
