D'Licious at Zissles reviews?

Has anyone had the opportunity to attend this show? Did you get the dinner-show package and what were your impressions?

Thanks in advance. :-)

I did go to the show a few weeks ago and will state that I'm friends with the owners Frank and Ingrid ( Bugaloe beach bar) but will give my honest opinion.
Pro's:
a) Venue old Mr. Jazz renovated and very classy inside
b) food, had a few appetizers during the show and the food was good/ alot of different choices on the menue Mark the former chef from Bugaloe is the chef now and he has always been great and consistent
c) the show, it starts out a little slow in the beginning, but after a few sets it really gets better and flows very well. I believe the total time was about 2hrs from start to finish and although my wife has told me I have an attention disorder and cant stay still It kept me entertained and attentive. The show has a long list of performers and the singing and dancing is top notch. I only went to Vegas once about 10 years ago and been to a few shows in Providence/Boston and would state the talent of the performers to be compatable to other shows I saw before. I also went to other shows on the island a saw the few they offered before magic, cuban, the impersonators (great show) about ten years ago at the casino now closed near Lacabana and this show is probably the best I've seen on the island so far.
con's
When we went it was the first week of the show, the service was a little bit off and waiter was somewhat confused. We did have two tables and the food orders got mixed up between the tables and it took a while to get drinks as one waiter handling a large group (12) between two tables. I did speak to him as I could see he was very busy and service was going to be slow and he apologized about a few mistakes with the food orders and drinks coming slow and had other people help him and drinks kept flowing probably too fast now that I recall.
Price, okay this coud be touchy and will be honest you pay for what you get. The show itself alone with no food is 49.00 us p.p. no drinks only show. I should have done the dinner show package but the show starts I believe at 7pm and I believe the dinner package is before the show not sure so we are late eaters and busy during the day and could not make it earlier. The appetizers and drinks were great but can add up if you like to throw a few back like me and the other guests we had with us.
Lastly the total night was a little costly but of all of the 12 guests that attended everyone really enjoyed the show and the place and my wife's family from Canada (Montreal) stated this was the best show they ever seen and were really impressed. The performers also mingle with the crowd and take pictures after the show and are real nice. The girls seem to really enjoy some of the male performers??? All in all I was glad we went and although it set me back a few bucks we really enjoyed it and it is for one of those nights you want to do something really special.

I have been out of "my" country for a number of weeks so I haven't been keeping up with all my Aruba news.

This sounds like it would be something to try. We also did the Let's Go Latin and the impersonation show at the La Cabana Casino years ago. Where would I get information on the dinner and show costs, time and menu etc. Is there a website to get information.

From your remarks Mark68, it sounds like dinner is before the show which is at 7pm. Does that mean that dinner is at 6pm? That is a bit too early for us but if the show is at 7pm then we could have dinner after. Show is 2 hours?
Thanks!

I was a little confused about the dinner package and not sure if it is before the show or during the show. I thought it was before but I believe you can have it during the show. I know the dinner show package is around 90/95 U.S. per a person. I was told the current show will run sometime before X-mas and they will be having a Holiday Show.

I just called them to get information. The website looks amazing as does their music. The dinner is served during the show and the show is 2 hours. Show starts at 8 pm and if you don't want the dinner the show cost is $49.50.

I was really looking forward to seeing the show in December but it is a Christmas show (I don't celebrate Christmas so this wouldn't be a great time to go) so I will wait until my March trip. I am very excited about this show and I hope it does really well. Aruba needs something like this.

Thumbs up Zissles!!!!

If you haven't seen the fantastic show "D-licieus" at Zissles, you've really missed something!!

We, my husband and I, have been to Zissles a few weeks ago and where just stunned!! First the club itself. It's just gorgieus !!!
The staff is great, the food is perfect and the show... well I don't know the words to descripe it.
The dancers are awsome, the voices of the singers just gives you shivers down your spine.... you'll have goose-bumbs the entire time.
Our waitor came to our table to remind us that our lovely food was getting cold, we just kept looking at the show!!

If jou are in Aruba, this really is a must see!!! Don't miss it!!
