if you do not go dancing or to casinos

What do you do during the evening hours while you are vacationing in Aruba?

You can go strolling along the pier, watch the waterworks at Paseo Herencia, get some drinks @ any bar or club, have a delicious dinner, catch a movie, shop @ Palm Beach Plaza or Paseo Herencia, catch a live show. Personally I myself Do love the casino and dancing

Well, I am usually passed out by 6 from the 30 Balashi's I drank on the beach during the day.

On a serious note, we travel with our kids so we are kinda limitted. Usually after we go out to dinner we are pretty tired so we might wrap up our night with a nice little walk or something. Sometimes we try to get the kids to go to sleep then my wife and myself will go out on our patio and just have a nice adult conversation that we seem to lack during the day.

Hopefully the most common response will be to have a little adult fun!

Iím pretty limited too because of the kids, except on nights Mariza can watch them, but on nights we do get to go out itís usually dinner and then drinks. Drinks at Sopranos is a lot of fun but my husband usually conks out after dinnerÖlong day of drinking in the sun will do that to you. Iím curious as to where people go dancing though, I would love to do that this year.

Along with all the other splendid suggestions; perhaps, you can feel sorry for those that either have to wait to go; have just come back; or wish they were there to enjoy. Ed

Sitting on a balcony, looking at each other and talking is a rather unique thing to do. It is almost a forgotten practice nowadays.

I destroyed two cell phones once when one of Juniors friends called him. His friend was in the back yard and he was in the living room (Same home-site) .

Yep, I recommend a good dose of looking at each other and talking - about where you are going to go dancing and then what casino you will visit.

I like dancing at the mambo Jambo bar, salsa and merinque and sometimes old dancehall. I went to Mr Jazz once, a live band, pretty good. Now I'll have to have a look at the Zissles.

If your staying at the Renaissance hotels, go to Blue bar and pool, get you a cocktail, get in the pool, and enjoy the view of the port(ocean during day), while live music, or music plays.

We enjoyed it nightly, till closing time at 11pm!

Dutch coffee and a Cuban cigar are both end of day musts . And since we've become October regulars there is World Series or League Championship baseball.
Aruba where the toughest question each day is "where to dine tonight".
