My suggestions:
Thursday nights after 11:00 PM
80's/90's remix (DJ remixes songs live, doesn't just "play" them).

Friday night/Saturday night after 2 AM
Jimmy's gets busy LATE. Don't arrive at 8 and leave at 10 and think you've been there!
