Here lately lots of people have been going to a club in the high rise area called Confessions. Lots of people your age and mine go downtown to Senior Frogs. Its not going to be like Cancun though.... Frogs is a fun time especially on Friday or Saturday nights. Hopefully they will have some different events going on while your there. On Sunday nights everyone goes to Moomba beach. Its a fun time. Predrink before you go there though because its hard to get drinks because of crowding. I, myself, like Mambo Jambo. It has a mix of people there from all different places. For after hours drinking there is a Chinese bar called Lekker that people go to. Any more questions feel free to ask.

Well Cindy it looks like these guys already booked their trips. So instead of telling them they are coming to the wrong island, lets try and help them out and tell them where to go....

Well Jbowser, welcome to the forum, I can see that was your first post. ))
So, enjoy the site.
You're right, let them come and have a great time. It is a great island.
Maybe you're one of the ones going to be coming. I hope all of the boys have a great time and are safe.

Cindy is right, this isn't a party island nor do we regulars want to turn it in to one like Cancun. But there were places mentioned to go to so we'll leave it at that. I got your back Cindy, no worries.

Actually

It's really common for there to be a lot of recent college grads and frat boys down in Aruba during the Memorial Day weekend. I've gone that same week for 4 years and will be there again this year. We always stay down in the low rises, and I've seen many groups of young men get kicked out during their stay....oh, it's a long flight home when you have to explain to your parents that they've lost their timeshare.....

Regardless, you'll be there during the "low season", which is to say the quieter times. Go there with the intent of enjoying the company you have and expect a few bonus friends....but you won't find this island teeming with young women. Because it's low season, there aren't many cruises in during that week, so the clubs are really quiet at night. You might want to stay in the high rise area as that tends to be more lively with the people who don't come year after year.

My girlfriends and I go down for the Memorial Day weekend every year and love what it offers--plenty of space on the beach, the bars, and ample relaxation. As previous posters said, this isn't Cancun. It can be a lot of fun, but you have to go looking. Find a young local and ask around. They always know "the" place to go, depending on the night. Have fun, but be careful. This isn't Mexico and the sun can be really harsh if you are hungover and fall asleep without enough sunscreen.

My friends and I will be down at Smokey Joe's watching the Red Sox play......and at the beach all day long. Look for the group of young pretty girls and say hello!

Take the Kukukanoo Party Bus

Not sure if I spelled it right, but you guys should look into taking the Kukukanoo Party Bus. It picks you up at your hotel and makes its rounds to other hotels for pickup and then goes to dinner and a bunch of bars. After that it drops you back off at your hotel. It's like an open air party bus.

My husband and I are in our late 20's and we have been to aruba a bunch of times with family. It's not party central like cancun or during spring break because it is usually more expensive to get to.The only times it's super party central is new years and around holidays.

You are with your friends so just enjoy and live it up. The casino at the Mariott is good too..the best on the island I think.

We'll be staying at the OCean club in September

I wouldn't say anywhere is necessarily loaded with girls, it is more of a family oriented place.
