    Name of Bar

We rented a jeep last year and was driving around the Arikok National Park area & ran into a outdoor bar/restaurant near the ocean. It was in the middle of no where. Since we had a couple drinks there we do not recall the name or how to get there to return in february Does anyone know the name and directions?

    It's called Boca Prins.

The easiest way to Boca Prins is by driving like you are headed to Baby Beach. Drive all the way to San Nicolas and then head up toward Seroe Colorado. You will see the signs for the national park. You drive past Lourdes Groto, past the military firing range and into the park from the south. You can stop at quidiquri bat caves and fountain caves along the way. This road will take you right to Boca Prins. Hope that helps!

Really thirsty! We didn't follow the directions above and decided to take the scenic route through the park. Well, the roads were not as good as they were last time and we thought we were going to die out there with the goats!

Seriously though, we did have two friends with us (who will never forgive us for taking them on the scenic route!)

We were at that bar last week! I didn't know the name either but I remember the drink holders in the picture. The women working there were really nice and friendly, my mom talked their ears off.

The roads are indeed very rough! We had 6 people in a minivan bouncing all around trying to get there. We also thought we were going to, as Amy said "die out there with the goats" for sure! And some of us had to use the restroom! : )

It will probably take you about 30 minutes or so to get there. It's a nice day of island sight seeing.

Is the road to boca prins from the island side open again? In March and April it was blocked off and the only way to boca prins was via the baby beach route.

The road to Boca Prins bar and restaurant from the island will be open in jully, that will be the entrance to the national park, there will be a restaurant and a museum at the entrance.
